The breakfast was good, plenty of choices, and provision for dietary requirements. Room clean, bed was quite soft, and there were plenty of pillows. Shower could have been more powerful, but it worked and was warm. Leisure suite was good. Simple gym, good pool, and the sauna and steam room hot.

Rooms were clean and nicely presented. Tea and coffee in room was nice. The check in staff were helpful and very friendly. We did not use the facilities such as the pool. We used the bar in the evening and the bar person, whose name was Dylan, had a great personality. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humour and he was kept really busy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good.

A good quality hotel with spa facilities at an affordable price. Excellent breakfast in relaxing surroundings. The interior of the hotel is well appointed- the outside if the Garden Wing would benefit from sourcing up.

What a stunning place to stay. Majority of the staff encountered were pleasant friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and surrounding spa area was clean, however the changing rooms were rather small and cramped. Beautiful well maintained grounds

It was great - heat outside made the room hot, even although there was a fan, which did help.

Room was clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. That was fine considering a heatwave which affected draught ales. Service was good, plenty of ice to cool the drinks. Restaurant service from the youngsters was excellent as was the food.

Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings. Room very clean but very warm and no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Fan provided and could only open the windows a little bit. Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods to choose from

We have stayed at the Milton Hill House Hotel on numerous occasions and will be returning. The rooms in the Garden Wing are generally well appointed if just a little lacking in space. The breakfast was excellent as always. The leisure facilities are generally good though on this occasion the hot tub was only partially filled with water hence it was unusable. It would have helped if we had been told this at reception. One has to go to reception to sign in to the leisure centre and collect towels; we weren't reminded of this when we checked-in to the hotel. This is a little inconvenient given the distance one has to walk especially when one is dressed ready for swimming. The price we paid still represented good value. See you on Dec 5th and we hope the hot tub is fixed by then.
