Only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, good location, easy to access and handy that I had to use my phone to open the doors etc rather than carrying a key card around, the room was spotless and got an email before check- in of photo’s of the room. For the price I can’t fault the place, however if you are a very light sleeper I wouldn’t reccomend just because you could hear people in the hallways. Overall great place, very comfortable and in a good location

Small but Clean room in a good location. Only Let down by an awful check in process. Walls are also ridiculous thin but this didn’t cause an issue during our stay. There is no kitchen facilities nor a kettle in room. Overall a very average place only good on a tight budget.

The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. The room is basic but as advertised. The only negatives (and these are small) are that there isn't a safe in the room and there is hardly any storage (small desk, 2 bedside shelves and hanging rail) a small set of drawers would be useful. Overall, I would say that the hotel offers value for money but is best suited to short stays. I would definitely stay again.

The bathroom is unbelievably hazardous 1. It’s so tiny 2. I barley fitted in the shower & im a small person 3. No place for the water waste to go 4. Bathroom is so tiny and uncomfortable in function my elbow keep hitting the walls 5. The shower water got so hot and it burnt me. It’s so tiny there’s not even room to move 6. At least add some hooks in the room 7. I couldn’t sleep from all the noise of the next door neighbours absolutely inconsiderate people. But having soundproofing should be hotel effort too. 8. The location is excellent that’s the only good part 9. It’s my birthday and I was hoping for a better experience

Should have read reviews before booking. Place is not as shown on pictures. Sheets stained on arrival, bathroom looks like I interrupted the builders halfway, scratches on every surface and the room door was too short for the frame which resulted in light and loud noises from the hallway. Incredible someone would put their name on this place. 1 star for service though, they came and changed sheets first thing next day I notified them.

It is limited in what it provides (e.g. no TV or cupboard) but even in the limited things that were there, it was awful - no shower door so the bathroom floor got wet and slippy; no bath map to mop it up; no working soap dispenser in the shower; a flimsy door offering little security; old towels and bedding. And of course no staff anywhere to complain to or get things changed, Also the photos of reception is misleading.

There is no staff at all at the hotel. To enter is all digitally.Also from the customer service no one was reachable before to answer questions. Also they did not answer mails. No service at all. To get into the hotel and room was difficult with information they sent us. Luckily there was another guest who helped us to get in. We were disappointed.

Stay away from this property. The room we booked was very small and it smelled bad, which we thought would be fixed by aircon. Only then we realized that the aircon machine was not working and it was not included in this room. The room was so small it would be impossible to breathe there withour aircon. We moved away the next morning. I would not recommend to anyone. The room had 1 blanket, 1 small mirror, no soap, and it was dirty.

Smacks of a scam

AZ Hotels wanted me to yield up my credit card details through a 3rd party website (which hotels.com prudently warns against), and this as a supposed security against any damage incurred during my stay. Yet the offer of a cash deposit as another method of securing any loss on AZ’s part was also present. Next, AZ sent me a message of registration which only allowed for surrendering my card details through the 3rd party website. So, instead, I followed the link to contact AZ. I explained the situation to the AI responder, which, quite surprisingly, apologised for the cash deposit option and was going to see about removing it. The logic of my predicament appeared to escape it. A human responder finally took over and gave me no recourse whatsoever and bumped me off the system; I got no refund or access granted due to their error of advertising.

Very very bad experience. When booking we saw good reviews so we were excited to come but the week before coming we suddenly saw all the reviews had become very bad. We went in with an open mind thinking we would see how it is and experience it for ourselves but it was a very bad experience. The self check in worked fine we had no problems with that. It is a bit annoying that you can only start checking in at 15:00 exact and if you arrive 5 minutes before you have to wait but that’s unfortunately the least of the worries. After the check in everything went downhill. We had dirty sheets and towels. Once we made a complaint about it they wanted to charge us money to get a towel renewal. The towels were full of stains and the hotel claims they’re clean they just have stains that won’t come out. If you’re a hotel and you charge almost €100 per night for a small room you can not give your customers towels with stains even if they’re “clean” this is unacceptable that’s basic knowledge. And especially trying to charge customers for wanting clean and spotless towels that’s a scam. I will never ever be coming back here and I hope no one will ever book again because this business needs to learn what it is like to run a hotel. We were not the only ones having issues. Our second day we got woken up by knocks on the front door and our bedroom windows because other customers had complaints aswell. Maybe this hotel needs to start investing money back into making the hotel personal again.

Une Catastrophe !! Honteux !! Les chambres ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos présentées sur la plateforme. La différence est flagrante et c’est clairement trompeur. Nous sommes restés 6 jours à deux avec seulement 2 serviettes pour tout le séjour, aucune pour les cheveux. Et il faut payer 2 € pour une serviette supplémentaire et 6 € pour le ménage. Du jamais-vu pour un hôtel. Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour nous et nos amis. Aucune climatisation dans l'une des chambres, sans avoir été prévenus avant notre arrivée. Nous avons dû insister pendant une journée entière pour obtenir l’intervention d’un technicien. Résultat : un deuxième ventilateur et seulement 15 % de remise. Nous avons payé pour un séjour confortable, pas pour devoir nous battre pour obtenir le minimum. Aucun respect aucune règle c'est pitoyable Je demande clairement à la plateforme de contrôler cet établissement et de revoir son référencement. Ce niveau de service est inadmissible et irrespectueux envers les clients. Je déconseille cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.
