This hotel is in a PERFECT location for exploring Ortigia and Siracusa, easy access to plenty of affordable parking, the staff is super friendly and welcoming (Grazie William for becoming our son’s new favorite person!), the room was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the rooftop happy hour and breakfast were UNFORGETTABLE! Wish we would’ve stayed here for more of our Sicily trip!

We had a nice stay. The hotel is located close to the water and within walking distance of many attractions. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is old and dated, and it’s easy to see that. A renovation would really help. The room had air fresheners in both the bedroom and bathroom, which wasn’t a good sign — it seemed like they were covering up an unpleasant smell.

Wonderfully charming hotel in a great location with ample paid parking nearby. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The included continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. Anna and her team made our stay very enjoyable and accomodated our extra requests, which just made our stay in wonderful Syracuse that much better. It was in a good location overall buildings a little rundown. The young lady at the desk was very nice and got me an ice pack for my foot that was hurting. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice view of the water beyond the parking lot from our unit Parking was very accessible. Bed was hard as a rock. Could use some real updating.
