Excellent experience! Stayed here for work purposes for 4 nights. Location is great, with short walking distance to Old Town Kielce, malls and city center. Room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to fulfill every requirement or request I made. Would like to mention the front desk concierges: Justyna, Nina and Monika - for their exquisite service. I will gladly return to Kielce’s Qubus hotel if I will be back to Kielce in the future.

Very basic overpriced rooms

Very basic room, dirty carpets. Noise from the street. Low quality pillows just 1 per person. Overpiced for the low and basic standard of the rooms and lack of any facilities other than restaurant. Staff not interested in serving customers. Reception staff always in the back room, coming to the front desk after a while with customers waiting. Same in the restaurant. You have to wait for the staff to appear from the kitchen.

Late booking

We booked the hotel al la last minute, just 3 hours before we arrived. So we were happy that we both got a room. Very crowded in the restaurant due to som kind of congress. We could not eat in the main restaurant but had our evening meal in a nearby room. One of the waitresses told us that the restaurant was full, but when I pointed to the extra room we could get a table. Food ok, but nothing to write home about. The room is ok, but don't open the window(s) the smell outside is unbearable due to the smog.The bed was good, but there was a problem with the bathroom drain. Could not turn the shower full blast, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded. But overall: an ok hotel.

Podczas pobytu w hotelu byłam w podróży służbowej. Niestety, przynajmniej część pokoi, w tym mój, była bardzo głośna. Od strony ulicy nawet zamknięte okna nie zapewniały odpowiedniego wyciszenia, a hałas był słyszalny do późnych godzin nocnych. Dodatkowo w łazience znajdowały się szare, bardzo zużyte ręczniki. Mydło w pojemnikach bardzo słabo się dozowało, co sugerowało, że pompki były już mocno zużyte i wymagały wymiany. Po sprzątaniu pokoju zastałam również nieumyte kubki po herbacie. Jak na hotel czterogwiazdkowy, standard tych elementów był rozczarowujący. Jeśli chodzi o warunki do pracy, dużym minusem był brak gniazdka elektrycznego przy biurku, co znacząco utrudniało komfortowe korzystanie z laptopa. Samo otoczenie hotelu jest typowo miejskie, jednak mało interesujące pod względem atrakcyjności okolicy. Moim zdaniem obiekt sprawdza się na jedną noc, szczególnie w sytuacji ograniczonego wyboru innych hoteli. Na plus zdecydowanie należy zaliczyć bardzo dobre śniadanie. Ogólnie uważam jednak, że cena jest zbyt wysoka w stosunku do oferowanego standardu pokoi i infrastruktury, zwłaszcza w porównaniu z innymi hotelami o podobnym charakterze.
