Booked a single room for myself and 2 suitcases. Previous visit gave me a very small room, so requested on this visit a larger single room and was not disappointed.

Room smelled really stale and was poorly maintained with marks on a number of walls. The hotel was fully booked so could not change room. Cleaning staff came by and acknowledged the issue but all they could do was give us some fresh air spray. The hotel was in a good location and the bedding and towels were clean. The staff were as helpful as they could be I guess. However the room was a sad and rather neglected space, even the corridors and stairs seemed more institutional and neglected than a central city hotel. Really disappointing stay and will not be repeated.

Wall mounted rack with a set of dumbbells in the room! Don’t even need to go to the gym to get an evening workout in. That’s the kind of unexpected stuff that makes me come back to a hotel.

Vi fick ett fräscht och trevligt rum i den nya delen av hotellet. Lite tråkigt dock att det låg på första våningen med fönstret mot en mur/husvägg. Personalen i receptionen var ojämn och våra nyckelkort strulade flera gånger. Det så kallade gymmet är ett väldigt litet träningsrum med två löpband (varav ett var trasigt), en bänk och en uppsättning hantlar. Funkar för max 2-3 personer samtidigt. Spadelen är lugn och trevlig med liten varm pool, ångbastu, vanlig bastu samt kallbad. Litet gemensamt omklädningsrum. Frukosten var en ganska standard frukostbuffé som hade tjänat på mer personal som dukade av borden.

Bra frukost, mycket bra service i receptionen. Dock är frukost personalen tveksam. Långsam röjning av bord vilket försvårar för nya frukost gäster. Såg också en av personalen stå och lägga upp mini croissanter med händerna. Får ett intryck att här kan man bli förkyld lätt😊

Bodde på våning 1 mot gatan och tyvärr gick spårvagnen utanför fönstret. Lät otroligt högt och många turer spårvagn passerade. Fick lära mig att spårvagnen slutar gå vid 00:30 och börjar vid 04:30. Hotellet hade öronproppar på nattduksbordet men det var en klen tröst. Annars ok hotell i denna prisklass.

Meget hyggeligt hotel. God restaurant hvor vi både fik en virkelig god morgenbuffet og meget lækre pizzaer. Pænt og hyggeligt værelse, dog med meget lidt dagslys fra en smal skakt. Vi havde en lille hund med, og der var sat skåle og hundegodbidder frem på værelset. Fin lille spaafdeling. Meget central beliggenhed og mulighed for parkering i indendørs p-hus. Alt i alt rigtig god værdi til prisen.

Hit kommer jeg tilbake igjen og igjen. Fine rom (men jeg oppgraderer vanligvis) og nydelig, frokost med bra utvalg. Beliggenheten er veldig bra og praktisk for de som kommer med tog. Min favoritt i Gøteborg.
