An exceptional stay. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortably warm, with the added benefit of complimentary parking. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and having inclusive access to explore the impressive artwork within the Icehotel was a unique highlight. Highly recommended!

Definitely stay here! We stayed in one of the ice suites and it was an amazing experience! The staff are so friendly, we had a large warm area to use. The sauna was amazing with a view of a fabulous sunset. We even saw the northern lights. The breakfast was also fantastic. Just stay here, you won't regret it!

The ice rooms, hallways and bar are really impressive! You really can’t help but be amazed by all the ice art. The warm cabins where great too, central location, roomy and better priced than the warm hotel rooms. Breakfast and lunch buffe where very good. We had dinner at Hembygdsgården, a 15 min walk from the hotel and really enjoyed it. Some people in my company took the dog sled ride and couldn’t stop raving about it. I didn’t sleep well in the ice room, the narrow reindeer fur slid away from underneath my sleeping bag and it got cold. If i’d go again I’d stay in a warm cabin and enjoy the ice art without sleeping in the cold.
