The hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable and clean and always cleaned when we returned for the day. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, though sometimes not hot. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun. The service was impeccable.

The hotel is older and the lobby and common areas are nice. The room and bath were only average. Our shower ran all over the floor, minimal toiletries, and no shelves in bathroom to put your supplies. Very loud in the basement level. Hotel workers woke us up at 5:30 am, and people above us were walking around late with high heels.

This hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and Vesuvius from my room. The only complaint was that I could hear the music from the roof in my room, however it turned off at 10p so it wasn’t too bad. But the view, the quiet away from the main city, and the friendly staff more than made up for it. And the rooftop martinis were superb!

The Majestic Palace Hotel was amazing. It’s a beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. You can find stunning views from the rooftop bar and the breakfast was so good with a large variety of options. It was the perfect location for us as it was tucked away from the crowds but still very walkable.
