I don't understand why must pay city tax, when Hotel. com promise room booking price includes all tax. I had to paid €15 City tax.

Die Hotelzimmer sind recht grüßzügig, und zumindest unseres war extrem ruhig (EG). Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war mit kleinem Kühlschrank (leer) und Wasserkocher ausgerüstet. Es gibt zwar einen großen Bildschirm an der Wand aber ohne TV Programme. Es sind viele Parkplätze - teilweise etwas versteckt hinter dem Haus - vorhanden (kostenlos) - die Rezeption hilft da gerne. Zwei Bus-Haltestellen sind fußläufig (ca 550m) erreichbar, die unter der Woche regelmäßig alle 15 min (in 2025) und auch am Wochenende alle 60 min die Wiebadener Innenstadt bedienen (Dauer ca. 15-25 min je nach Linie). Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben vom Hotel aus alle Ausflüge via ÖPNV in die Stadt und nach Mainz unternommen. Das klappte hervorragend.

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren in das sogenannte KOMFORT-Hotel und es wird von Mal zu Mal schlechter. Was das mit Komfort zu tuen haben soll entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Es ist dringend renovierungsbedüftig - und nun ging sogar dzwei der Aufzug nicht. Das Beste ist das "Schnitzels" nebenan.

A66（高速道路）出口から近く、アクセスが良かった。 従業員の接客態度は良好。 ベッドのマットレスの品質が良くなく、熟睡できなかった。 バスルームの換気扇音がうるさかった。 部屋に冷蔵庫や湯沸かし器・コーヒー・紅茶類の備えが無いのは残念だった。

I have stayed at this hotel many time and will always choose in Wiesbaden. I t has a perfect location, right near the Autobahn, for getting around, comfortable rooms. although this time the airco did not work - fortunately the temperature at night was low enough to be comfortable after I took the heavy German comforter out of the duvet cover and only used that as a cover. After the second night the room boy got the message and did not put it back in, which shows good front line staff initiative, even at the basic level. Breakfast is sumptuous. I would gladly pay a couple of Euros more if the room would have a fridge too. They would amortise them in less than a year by just charging one Euro more.
