We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, offering plenty of space and a nice rooftop balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear, although the link provided to access the building did not work. When we arrived, the weather outdoors was beautiful for mid-October, but the room felt a bit too warm. We followed the instructions for the AC unit, but it didn’t work. We reported the issue and attempted to cool the room by leaving the windows open, hoping the evening temperatures would help. After a night, the room was still warm. We contacted the host, and they explained that the AC would not operate with the windows open. We closed the windows, but the unit still didn’t work. Later, the host informed us that the AC had been turned off for the offseason. They provided a fan at our request, which was much appreciated and helped make the stay more comfortable. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this place to others due to its great location, spacious setup, and rooftop balcony.

Great location near shopping, restaurants and metro. We arrived a day late and they sent a message stating they were canceling our reservation because we hadn't accessed the apartment if we didn't contact them by 10:00 the next morning, despite paying in advance. I sent multiple messages with no reply. My Czech daughter in law finally got ahold of them at 0930 that morning to confirm we weren't canceled. This needs their attention and was the most aggravating issue during our 5 day stay.

Location is great, close to old town and tram stops, very convenient access to illusion museum. We did find a few ants at property, the trash can in the kitchen could be bigger. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!
