We traveled with our family and we had 8 people which we got to rooms. This was conveniently located at the center downtown area of Guadalajara. Very easy to walk around and sightsee. The hotel was clean, had excellent water pressure, air conditioning, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was included with valet. Beds were comfortable. My only complaints were the busy noisy traffic at night. It was tough to sleep with the sirens for ambulances and police. As well as the zooming of cars throughout the night. Lastly, the hotel towels were extremely worn and dingy. Overall we all had a great time staying in this historic hotel.

The hotel was terribly noisy during the night as it's close to a major road. The room was also completely different from what the pictures show. I booked a two queen beds room which is supposed to be 323 sqft with four chairs in the room. But actually the room was way smaller than the number they marked and there was only one chair with a very small table in the room. When we were trying to negotiate with the receptionist about the room, we were told that that was the only available room, as long as there are two beds, it's what I booked. Their attitude was very bad, we had an argument. And the receptionist does not speak English at all.

La habitación la puerta no cerraba tuve que colocar mi maleta para escuchar su alguien trataba de abrir...le indique al chico de la recepción y solo dijo que como es un edificio viejo pues no lo pueden arreglar ...si no lo pueden arreglar para que lo rentan así ?? Me toco la habitacion 111,y un ruido muy fuerte de la gente que está en la calle...

Room was not as I expected. That was a leak in the bathroom, also had a bad smell. The closet in the room isn't a closet. Shower drainage too slow. The entrance of the hotel is not accessible to handicap. Personnel are polite and professional.

No se la recomiendo puro photoshop las imagenes del hotel y los ruidos externos se oyen dentro de la habitación fácilmente ... si quieren darse una idea de lo como es, llevese su toalla porque esas toallas que tienen son desde que se fundo hace 200 años :(

Me dieron La habitación al lado de dónde colocan la basura!!! y lo peor tenía que usar la regadera 🚿 y no había agua!!! Cuando por fin repararon el problema por la regadera salió toda la suciedad de la tubería dónde no hay mantenimiento horrible.

No me gustó que la habitación que me asignaron, la 121, está pegada a la escalera de acceso y se oye todo el ruido de las personas que entran. El foco central no se apaga, al parecer tienen una fuga de electricidad y se queda a media luz, aún cuando se apagó el interruptor. Y muy seguido dejaba de salir agua.

El lugar está mal adaptado para un hotel, nos tocó una habitación sin ventanas al exterior, el baño no tenía ni extractor de olores y era muy pequeño, el a/c no funcionaba muy bien. De los 5 días que estuvimos nos dieron limpieza 2 días y solo tendieron las camas. Dentro de las cosas buenas es que las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. En general es una relación calidad-precio porque el costo a comparación de otros alojamientos es muy accesible pero si creo que podrían mejorar aspectos como la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones.

Estancia muy sucia, habitación con olor a caño, no hubo suministro de agua para bañarse, y posterior salió agua negra, imposible tomar un baño, estacionamiento limitado con horarios específicos, y forzosamente debes dejarles el auto y llaves. Cobro anticipado para evitar reclamos y reembolsos. Decidí, salirme a las pocas horas y no hubo forma de reembolso. Realmente lo califico como una estafa, se debería pagar por lo justo y condiciones decentes.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación del centro ya que hay lugares para comer y está a 2 cuadras de la catedral, las instalaciones no están mal pero es una casona adaptada para ser hotel. El hotel tuvo un error de poner a personal no capacitado para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes.
