This hotel is just next to the Wavel Castel and in front of the Vistula River. It is great location to move from/to in Krakow. Rooms are small but comfortable and front desk and people there are so kind. They have a terrace with a beautiful view to the castle and the river. You won’t go wrong picking up this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kraków. Highly recommended! ❤️

The staff were excellent.....but here are a few of my suggestions for improving....the room was fine ..clean and modern...but not enough tea and coffee for two people..and no milk...that should be available...the breakfast buffet was ok ..but the position and lay out needs improving and the cutlery was the cheapest iv ever used in a hotel....but overall good visit..nice location...

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were really helpful and made us very welcome (we especially loved Bartosz). Comfortable room and clean. There is a nice rooftop bar\restaurant which has lovely views of the castle and river. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit small but very well maintained by the staff. Hotel is well located - close to the castle and about 10 minute walk to the main square. Would stay again on next visit.

It said we would get a welcome drink which we didn't get when we booked breakfast at hotels.com. The room was okay. The staff was really nice and outgoing and my husband loved the breakfast, I really appreciated that there were more polish cuisine at the breakfast (like the jellies for example). Amazing location though, everything was a few minutes walk away.

Great hotel. Lovely room. The staff, especially Bart went out of their way to be so helpful. The rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. My only complaint was the food. When we arrived for breakfast, well within the serving time, a lot of the food had run out and wasn't replaced and the staff didn't seem very happy about replenishing it. We only had it the first day then went to local cafes which was much better. Also, the food for the rooftop restaurant is taken up in the public lift and some of it was uncovered when it was brought into the lift which was not hygienic.
