Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby.

very clean, very secure, good gym and electric car charging facilities. Guests should be made aware that it is "student residence accommodation" and as such is geared to service the student body as opposed to guests.

This is not family friendly as all rooms are individual single rooms . Not a regular Hotel room. This is a dorm type that did not work for a family of 4 sleeping in different rooms

Simple accommodation. Can hear other rooms easily. My door did not lock behind me and there was no way to lock it without a card.

Very clean with plenty of ameniy. Staff at check-in/out very friendly and helpful. The Expedia co-ordinates brought me to a location about 1km away. This needs to be rectified. Unfortunately the accomodation is quite noisy. Other residents leaving with suitcases or doors closing, both in the apartment and courtyard. Great place to stay for a business trip.
