The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location is incredibly convenient to the rail system. I cannot say how much we appreciated the front desk and restaurant staff. They were so kind. We were delayed from one of our outings due to the trail derailment on 4/17/25 and they were so kind to us when we finally got back.

Location short walk from train station to access Pompeii and Sorrento and shuttle bus from hotel in morning and evening into local town Vico Equense which is ok but not as vibrant or charming as position or Sorrento.
