This is a very peaceful hotel, perfect for a complete wind down. We had been on a 5 day soul music festival and chose this hotel to follow it for a few days. The hotel has another restaurant overlooking a small sheltered bay with access to the sea for a swim ( take your snorkel)and run a shuttle service to and from hotel for lunch or dinner, the staff there are really good especially the manager Nemanja. It is safe to say we will return to this hotel and of course Gozo!

A lovely quiet clean hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sunbeds were very easy to get, even in the afternoon! It is a very quiet laid back hotel, which is just what we wanted! We will definitely go back. Their restaurant in the cliffs was excellent and highly recommend going!

Ta Cenc has lots of charm but while some of the rooms have been newly renovated others remain dated. We appreciate the charm of the hotel but time to speed up the renovations.

Room 18 is one of our favourites! As clean and comfortable as always, and spa pool is wonderful, even in dodgy autumn weather. Our favourite hotel! Looking forward to returning in May.

Bis auf ein paar wenige Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr gutes Essen, eine wunderbare Ruhe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Personal war sehr freundlich.

A place you keep coming back to

It was our second time at the hotel and we even got to stay in the same room. Although the decor may be a little bit dated in the bathroom, the overall impression of the place is one of great comfort and charm. The public areas of very well appointed and inviting. The heated pool is such an additional bonus. The staff is wonderful, the food terrific and the surroundings simply stunning.

Relaxing Stay

Very pleasant stay. Mattress was a bit softer than we are accustomed to, but the room was large and quite comfortable overall. Restaurant and bar service was friendly but inexperienced.

The property is situated in a beautiful area of Gozo with amazing views over Comino and Malta. Staff were very good (would not say 5 star but certainly a 4 star). My wife and myself went back to Ta' Cenc after first visiting 15 years ago and stayed in one of the most expensive rooms, the Trullo Suite. It was our 30th Anniversary so wanted something special, unfortunately this was not the case. The room is very dated, although a beatiful building, the main issues here were: 1. Mattress was super soft and not of good quality you would expect 2. Pillows were extremely flat and there were no choices of other pillows 3. The Bath had a large crack in it 4. The lower shower would not lock in place and was old Whilst we stayed there the local village had it festival and lots of road closures, this was not told to us when we arrived adn spent 30 mins trying to find the route back to the hotel. Overall the stay was good, however it most certainly wasn't the 5 Star resort stay that i had expected to be able to celebrate with my wife, and there is another Hotel that near that does offer a much better 5 star service for less money. Lesson learned unfortunately.
