8/10 Very good

Clean room. Convenient location across from major transportation hub. Nice hotel. Ask for a quiet room jn the back. Some rooms in the front face a club that plays loud techno between 20:30 and 23:30.

8/10 Very good

Good location next to the Opera House parking garage where the hotel will get you a substantial discount on parking. It's also 5 minutes walk to the center of the city, and right across the street from Martin Auer, one of the well known bakers in Austria. The room was small, but comfortable and the pillows were perfect and didn't cause neck problems like other hotel pillows can. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of the hotels that is on our list to consider when we are in Graz again (which we visit several times each year).

8/10 Very good

This hotel offered us just what we needed. Good location, comfortable and tidy room and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very basic, would maybe next time eat at one of the places close by, there were many to choose from. It was easy to explore the beautiful city by walking or taking one of the trams or buses that drove right outside the hotel. Motel One Graz was great value for the price.

The hotel was close to everything…the trains and the old town. Very walkable. The hotel itself was very beautiful and the staff were all so helpful and very kind. There are a lot of food options nearby and of course shopping in the old town area. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! PS if you need a late night bite, eat at Dr. Falaflo, which is nearby. Sooooo good!!

A lot of delicious food choices just across the street made it a very good choice to stay here. The old town and other attractions were also within walking distance.

Ok

Stayed there previously but we weren’t as happy this time. The room was very small and air felt extremely dry. Not even a water kettle or tea in the room. Location is perfect though.

8/10 Very good

The staff were outstanding. The room was excellent value and very clean and modern. Our only concern was that we were at the end of the corridor in a smaller room, which meant we could hear the tram go past

A brilliantly located property with a tram stop directly outside giving great access to the train station. It is modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean with professional staff on the front desk. Rooms are compact. The hotel would benefit from offering tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge. Overall a great stay.

Several nights in Graz (first time) for a conference at Messe Graz. This was a fantastic place to stay on just about every front. Highly recommended! One tip: Many stores nearby (e.g., groceries at Billa) close early (~7 PM). So plan accordingly as needed.
