The Town & Tide Inn was a small wonderful B&B in Newport. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic. The Inn Keepers were friendly and accommodating. We will be going back.

Very enjoyable stay in Newport at Town and Tide. Inn was close to many sites which we thoroughly appreciated as parking was difficult to find at times and expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious each morning. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Love Love Love!!

My friend and I came up to Newport for the marathon this weekend and absolutely loved our stay at the Town and Tide Inn! It is a perfect location so close to the Cliff Walk (absolutely gorgeous sunrise strolls) and also walkable to downtown area! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! So kind, friendly, and gorgeous property!

Needs small refrigerator in room

Breakfast and hosts were very nice. The garden area was very nice. Since it appeared to be owned by absentee landlord it lack some personal touch. Also we have stayed in scores of B&B’s over the years and all provided a small refrigerator in our room to keep things like water and soda cold. At the Town & Tide we had to walk from our 3rd building to the second building to get ice in a container to keep things like water and soda cold. Our room had enough room for a small refrigerator and we highly recommend that the owners have them placed in all their rooms.
