One of the most cosy hotels I've been to. Such nice lobby and bar and restaurant with lots of colors. The rooms were as any other hotel room, nothing special :) The fact that the SPA is included in the price is amazing as it had the same price as most other hotels in the area. Tha spa had a big pool and three saunas. One jacuzzi would have been nice, especially up on the outside balcony ;). But again for the price amazing... There were also a bar in the SPA, so you could buy a drink or a beer and some snacks. And some very nice resting chairs. So for relaxation it was great. We did not include breakfast so dont know about that. But the restaurant served really nice drinks and food in the evening. There also seems to be a club in the basement that we did not attend. The parking outside is good and you can pay with easypark if you use that app, or through the front desk. Overall a very nice stay.

Not very sound insulated but pleasant enough

A lot of hotels, this included has that new "sound insulation" tag attached to their rooms. Considering that here I could hear people through the door like they were in the room, the upstairs guests bumbling about in theirs, and birdsong through the closed windows, I wonder what is the definition of "sound insulation"? Other than that, it is a nice hotel, though even in +21 weather the room was starting to feel a little stuffy, necessitating having the windows wide open for much of the evening. With the next door forest being rich in mosquitos, this is not the best combination. Would not stay in the middle of summer. Some of the staff had limited English skills, but once we were past that, they were helpful enough in their matter-of-fact style of service. Location's good with the bus stops right outside, the room clean, etc, so the basics are all there.

When we arrived a receprionist made a mean comment that my girlfriends name was kinda difficult to type in a computer which was not a great start. I dont know what was the issue. Kinda not professional. And what was the point of saying that to a guest? Rude.

Vart litt kommunikasjon problem i lunch restaurant en , sidan ung ansatt ikj snakka Engelsk. Men vi har jo google translate, så det bør brukes for å være sikker på du får det du ønsker. Frokosten va grei , fekk det eg liker. Omelett og diverse. Beliggenhet også grei for mitt formål med turen . Litt begrensa utvalg av stim bad og saunaer , men greit nok. Hyggelige ansatte

Das Hotel macht einen super Eindruck und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich gewartet. Das Hotel ist 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt mit dem Bus. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich, und es ist für jeden was dabei.

Opholdet er blevet betalt to gange. En gang via hotels.com og en gang ved ankomst på hotellet. De oplyste os om at vi ikke havde betalt via appen, og at beløbet blot var reserveret - men det var ikke korrekt fandt vi ud af efterfølgende. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte hotels.com af flere omgange men der kommer intet svar retur. Så pas på med hvad hotellet oplyser i forhold til betaling. De tager dobbelt betaling!
