Value for money

This is a good central option. Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Mixed experience on checking in and leaving between the friendliness of the staff. The staff member at check in was extremely unfriendly. It was the opposite with a different staff member as we left.

WORST HOTEL AWARD GOES TO...

This was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Half the curtain wasn't hung up properly, there was human hair clogged underneath the bathroom door, there was a socket with gaping wires, walls looked like there had been a rock star party.

Bad place to stay

Very bad hotel. Room were very dirty and were not being cleaned. The air condition was making a lot of noise. The toiletries were not being changed everyday.

The bathroom door is broken (I asked for it to be repaired, but no one came), and the soap and shampoo holder is rusty. To add to the inconvenience, the concierge unexpectedly knocks on our door at midnight. That male concierge wrongly accuses me of cheating because I didn't pay for the third person. However, if we had the intention to cheat, we would not enter the room together.

Horrible

The hotel and the room were really dirty and in horrible condition. People who worked there smoked inside, cleaners did not do much in the rooms (took the trash out and gave new towels). We couldn't close the bathroom door bacause it was broken. They "fixed" it but you still had to use both hands to close it. The matress was dirty and there were many marks on the walls. Some parts on the shower were rusty and broken. The air in the room was also horrible (hot and wet?). The breakfast was not good either. There is a renovation going on so it makes the hotel a bit noisy. The builders started to drill etc quite early which was disdurping and wasn't really thoughfull for the customers.The hotel is quite far away from the city center so the location isn't convinient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I get that this is a budget hotel but there are still standards to uphold !. The hotel was full of men walking around and talking at all hours of the night, would not recommend to female travellers. I approached a cleaning lady at 2.30 am who thought it was ok to stand outside our room chatting loudly on her phone. She just sniggered and left!. The room was barely clean and the TV and hairdryer didnt work. It just feels like they didnt care about your stay. Read the reviews before you book.

Em primeiro lugar, deviam avisar em algum lugar que o checkin é feito no hotel ao lado e não no hotel em que fizemos a reserva. Segundo, ficamos num quarto no rés-do-chão com janela pra rua, barulho e falta de privacidade são coisas que valorizamos. Depois, a cama tinha pelos e areias, assim como o chão. Mas o pior de tudo foi mesmo o estado da porta, todo o frame saia junto com o puxador, ao que chegamos à conclusão, que o quarto já tinha sido assaltado ou arrombado pelo lado de fora anteriormente e não se fez nenhuma reparação. Basicamente, estávamos no rés do chão, ao lado da porta do hotel que está aberto 24horas em que a porta nem sequer dava pra fechar nem para trancar. Experiência horrível
