The hotel was very clean and in a nice location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Abdel. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and always had a smile on his face. He made the hotel stay feel like home!

Dont judge by the outside.

The outside leaves you wondering if you made the righ choice and getting in was a bit of a challenge. But once inside the room was cleam, up to date and very comfortable. The staff was nice. Enter the garage behind the car dealership. Door to hotel will take you right to reception area.

Tired hotel with virtually no staff or facilities. Location very poor due to loud noise from Burger King resturaunt next to hotel which went on till 1am. The area was 30 minutes walk to town center, and had little public transport access with no Uber cover. Unfortunatly on the night we stayed another guest had his motorcyle damaged by local vandals. Hotel was clean bed good but pillows were terrible.

Friendly staff. Clean room and public areas. Good breakfast. Relatively close to Haupbahnoff and central area of Ulm. What I didn’t like were: 1. Limited lighting in the room 2. Shower curtain blows into you when the shower water is on, making it difficult to bathe and nearly impossible to shave one’s legs 3. Loud bathroom fan runs for about 15 minutes after turning off the bathroom light. Can hear it from the main bedroom.

Its an old building and hotel have rooms are on several floor, we were there on a hot day and there was no AC or fan. There is construction near the hotel so it will be noisy whole day.

Good for a nights sleep, but in a retail park

The Hotel itself is good & very friendly reception guy - But it is in the middle of a retail park - overlooking a Burger King - so wasn't really what we wanted for a vacation stay - but we had a good nights sleep - we went to another Hotel nearby for our evening meal!

Das Hotel ist an einer Baustelle und wochentags wird ab 7.15 Uhr gearbeitet. Parkplatz kostenlos auf der Straße. Zimmer Reinigung muss geplant werden. Schade aber das Hotel ist auch abends laut immer Zimmer Nummer 8. Sie müssen die Fenster schließen sonst hört man die Autos. Aber das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig es gibt viele Dinge. Wurst und Rührei oder Saft. Es gibt sogar Räucherlachs. Der Empfang ist in der 1.Etage wie der Frühstücksraum. Der Service tut nicht mehr als nötig. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht.

Sauberkeit war ok. Das Kopfkissen spottet jedoch jeder Beschreibung. Ein paae Federn mehr wären nötig. Bei Zimmer zur Strasse kann man das Fenstet wg. Lärm nicht öffnen. Im TV einige Sender ( z.B. ARD ) nicht empfangbar. Der Ton der TV ist sehr schlecht. Ich werde nicht mehr wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
