Hamptin inn Kenza the mgr wanted me to tell you hotel.com that I bever showed because they charged me for the room when it was already paid for. She didnt want to credit me back. She wanted me to call you and commit fraud. She said if I call you and say I didnt stay and that the hotel is willing to forgive it then when you call her to confirm she will agree. Unreal. Told her absolutely not. Had to argue for an hour for her to credit me back for what Hampton inn in clarion PA charged me for in error. They also have a hold for 341.88 that still have not released 4 days later. She said she " has no idea why their system does that sometimes" and eventually supposedly I will get it back someday. Terrible.
