Clean, well equipped (for STR) studio loft apartment in a great spot on Rue St Denis with lots of restaurants, clubs and stores. The only downside is very limited parking on site and in the adjacent neighbourhood but getting around without a car is facilitated with transit nearby and dedicated bike lanes on the street. Overall highly recommended.

Really comfortable efficiency apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. We were really happy with our stay. Tiny bathroom, but it got the job done! Apartment was great but was third floor walk up, so be aware if you struggle with stairs. On a really fun street in a fantastic neighborhood— very close to a metro station. Would definitely stay here again!

It felt cozy staying in lodgings that were more like an apartment than a hotel. We were a six minute walk from the metro, as well as being near at least two grocery stores, and lots of restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in had rwo separate bedrooms, a kitchenette area, a dining/living room and a bathroom.

our stay couldn’t of have been better! when we had an issue getting into the unit, the owner was very quick to reply and help resolve the situation, and the room itself was lovely! very clean and tidy, and a unique spot as well! we especially loved how walkable the surrounding area was, made it very easy to explore!

My husband and I enjoyed a recent three night stay and would return again anytime! Lovely accommodation, perfectly located for walking everywhere. We parked our car out back and left it for the duration. The hotel apartment was comfortable and stylish, and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend to all. Terrific apartment hotel smack dab in the middle of the Plateau. Many wonderful nearby pedestrian only streets. So many excellent dining options including nice bistros like Boisson Albert and Pied du Cochin, and essential bakeries like St Viateur bagels and Au Kouign Amann. The apartment was well furnished including a full kitchen and was exceptionally clean. Everything worked and there was a balcony facing Saint Denis as well. The management was communicative and friendly. Access was made simple but secure. We will definitely stay here again!
