The location is perfect for walking the charming downtown area and along the lake walking path. This Hampton offered a delightful breakfast buffet of omelets and make your own waffles. The staff treated us well, and the property was average. The bed was uncomfortable, the HVAC would run full blast blowing directly at you, could not control AC or Heat. Constant noise all night two nights in a row. Doors slamming, annoying crackling sound every few minutes, dumpsters emptied right outside, and the train runs right by the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn’t stay there again!

Great location, But the Hampton Inn Standard

I have been staying at the Hampton Inn Geneva for several years. It has been going downhill over the last 2 years. No updates and the same room I stayed in within 3 months had the same toilet paper holder broken. The employees are very nice and friendly, always willing to help. The issues here are over their pay grade.

Not what I've come to expect from a Hampton Inn. This hotel needs to be remodeled as it's out of date and worn. Beds were uncomfortable as well. Property doesn't seem to be have been taken care of through the years.
