Check in on arrival was excellent 10/10. The buffet breakfast was a big disappointment, probably the worst I've experienced. The dining staff were the most miserable bunch I've come across. When I arrived I had a pair of ear pods (2), when I left I only had one. Both were in their case in the bedside table. I can only assume they were accidentally knocked off by the cleaner. When I returned to my room the case only had one pod ☹️. I could not prove this had happened, but an fyi not to leave anything out.
