We have used the Hotel Areca on numerous occasions and it's an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable and the bar/restaurant offering is superb. Without doubt we always enjoy staying here.

8/10 Very good

Great hotel which we have stayed at several times. Staff helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean and are of a satisfactory size. Breakfast buffet and restaurant offer very good food. Very convenient as its a short distance to airport, though one hardly notices the planes. The town in which the hotel is situated does not offer much to a traditional tourist.

By far and above the best of the many airport hotels I have stayed at. Great value for money. Excellent garden restuarant, good food and realistic prices. Welcoming staff. Not easy to get to without a car but great for late flight into or early morning out of Alicante

A lovely modern hotel 5 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. The cafeteria was welcoming and there was a good snack menu available all day.

8/10 Very good

The breakfast was really good, the people were all nice, and the dinner at the restaurant there was very good too. My bed was really comfy, and I enjoyed the whole environment. Sitting outside on the patio of the restaurant is soooo nice and peaceful in the early evening or during the day. 4/5 stars because it was loud during the day when I was trying to take a siesta, with people cleaning or working or something. Also I couldn't get the water fountain in the pool to work but other than that it was really nice.
