Clean, modern and surprisingly spacious room (for European hotel) with great views. I got a corner suite, so size of room may differ. Location was walking distance to multiple attractions, and was right on canal. Breakfast was first-class with tons of different options for all tastes. Bike rental on site, which made getting around Copenhagen easy. We reserved the spa twice, and it was worth it, basically had pool, sauna and steam room with foot baths to ourselves. Price was reasonable ($40 USD per person). Would highly recommend.

Overall hotel is wonderful. Location is a bit challenging because there is no proximity to any transportation which is suitable for proving the city. But still you can manage with a brief walk to get to every part that you desire. We had an issue with the booking in terms of room availability but the staff was very attending and killing to support us with this issue. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious and the staff is great

The room was lovely and spacious, light, very clean and had a great view. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were modern and pleasant. The bed was big and very comfortable. We also visited the Roof Top bar which had amazing views and delicious drinks. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we return to the city.

The hotel is beautiful and central, with very nice rooms and a perfect breakfast. But the service is poor, the staff is amateurs and everything is very bad organized. Room service is neither room, nor service. You have to pick orders your self in the restaurant, get your food stuffed in a cardboard box with the (wrong) drinks in the hand - and when you have to scan your card to operate the elevator and room door, you need an extra hand.

This stay was perfectly located for traveling into Copenhagen and easily accessing tourist destinations & centrally located for dining, hop on hop off bus and airport. Room was compact but clean. Enjoyed the overall stay. Were told we couldn't check out at 2am when we had to leave for our flight which was a little odd considering how many airlines use the hotel. Hi we stayed at Scandic Spectrum second time. Its a lovely hotel, clean, calm and very relaxing. Food is lovely and we enjoyed our breafasts. Only thing is there is no telephone in rooms to contact reception. Staffis amazing, helpful and professional. They are always welcoming and helpful. Facilities on ground floor were squeaky clean which is Exceptional. Its close to water front, tivoli gardens and Stroget Street. Enjoy your stay. Wish to come back and stay here soon.
