Best stay ever

The stay was incredible! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, the service was excellent, the amenities exceeded our expectations (spa was probably the best I’ve been to) and the food in the restaurant, club house and bar were all delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!!

We only stayed one night in the very off-season so didn't get to use all the facilities but it was an absolutely beautiful place and my husband very much enjoyed the golf. The restaurant menu wasn't extensive but was delicious, we had both lunch and dinner there and the breakfast was also great.

A really beautiful accommodation and spa. The majority of the resort is under construction. Golf course is lovely but had no longer clubs to rent. Anyone over 6ft better take there own.

A estada foi boa, mas poderia ter sido melhor. Por se tratar de um condomínio de residências junto com o hotel parece que o serviço tornou-se impessoal. Apesar de ter o checkin eficiente, ninguém oferece uma água ou qualquer tipo de boas vindas, as explicações sobre o hotel foram muito rápidas e superficiais, logo depois já levaram nossa mala ao quarto. O que fez a nossa estada não ser 5 estrelas foi o atendimento no SPA, existem opções de quartos com ou sem acesso ao SPA e isso fez com que nos atendessem de um modo estranho, ao entrar no SPA fomos questionados onde estávamos indo, assinamos data e hora de entrada e repetimos o mesmo na saída, o mesmo aconteceu na piscina externa. É estranho a sensação de controlar quem entrou e a que horas saiu, não é uma prática comum em hotéis, se possuem uma entrada aberta e que pode misturar hóspedes e moradores, precisam pensar em soluções que não seja alguém lhe perguntando todos os dias onde vai e a que horas retorna. Ponto muito negativo é a piscina coberta ser fria. Um outro quesito que gerou insatisfação foi o fato do salva vidas começar fechar todos guarda-sóis da área da piscina externa pelo fato de estar perto do horário dele de ir embora. A piscina externa tinha QR Code com menu de comidas e bebidas e ninguém explicou no checkin. Um lugar lindo e que merece serviço melhor
