The staff was always on the phone and we needed to wait literally every time we went to the office. the rooms are old, the amenities are poor at best. when the hotel was priced reasonably it was acceptable but now at the same price as other hotels nearby I just can't stay here.

The hotel is nice with 24 support in the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am going back to the area in a week and I might stay there again, but there was one big negative: The room did not have a table or chair. Maybe it was removed by mistake, but it was very uncomfortable to browse my computer sitting on the bed. The other negative is the walls are very thin and I could hear anytime the people in the next room knocked on a wall or table in normal activities.
