The front staff were incredibly helpful. The young man held our luggage for us while we went to the aquarium. Couldn't have been nicer

8/10 Very good

The hotel was excellent and the young man that took care of us in the morning was excellent. He was very helpful and very kind. Considerate as well. Our dog, Willow just loved him and he gave her two treats. The only drawback, which is no fault of the hotel is the construction around the hotel. Access onto the road took a while as there was so much on coming traffic.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is well situated, close to the Quebec bridges and main North-South highways. Checkin was a breeze, my reservation was exact and the staff was agreeable. The room was clean, cooled and very comfortable. I heard no noises during the night. It was convenient to be able to have breakfast directly at the hotel. Check out went well - no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, based on this stay.

The breakfast menu and taste were pretty basic; neither delicious nor disgusting. The food was edible and the prices were reasonable. The view is fantastic, and the staff is wonderfully kind. Overall, a great place to stay
