Poor location. Noisy at night. We had the impression somebody was moving furniture. No dining on Sundays which is inconvenient in such a remote location.

My room 204 has not enough light when dark outside. An additional artificial light at the entrance or been switched at the entrance would be helpfull. As well as in the bathroom...

Spacious and comfortable business/ conference hote

Nice and comfortable hotel for business trips, room was large, in good condition, very quiet. Only criticism was lack of choice in restaurant and one has to ask for the room to be made up , which I only realized when I came back late from a business meeting and had not been explained when checking in. Other issue was that they charged more than indicated on the Hotels.com booking, which I only found out by chance - they did refund me though but it could have easily been overlooked. There is not a great deal to do in Hagen though..

We komen hier vaker.

Ruhige Lage, gute Gastronomie.

Italiaans restaurant vlakbij is aanrader.

Sorry
