Nothing better or closer to the ferry

I don't understand why most hotels always put me as far away from the front desk as possible. Here? No different. Have to cross most of the property before I'm even at my room. Toilet's a tad bit too high. Rooms don't have airconditioning. And the beds? WAY too soft. Combine that with the heat and my unwillingness to open the side door because of bugs, and you get an awful night's sleep. Slept short, skipped breakfast because I had a ferry to catch and in general, not all that fond of Denmark. The lady at the front desk when I was checking in was friendly. So at least they get points for that.

Perfect stop on your way up or down Europe. The pool and sauna are great and the place is beautiful. The hotel has breakfast. You can cook your own dinner as the rooms have kitchen. Stronlu recommend to do so as the restaurants in the nearby center are not great.

On arrival we were met by a very friendly lady in the reception. We made our way to the cabin but it was too cramped for our comfort so I went back and paid for an upgrade. The upgraded cabin was nice but not really worth what was paid. The breakfast was "OK" but not really worth the extra amount paid for it. Sorry folks for this fairly negative review. These cabins are more for people temporarily working in the area rather than for tourists (as we were)

Vi var på hotellet for anden gang. Værdsætter klimatankegangen og omgivelserne udsprunget heraf. Første gang havde vi glæde af restauranten. Det er et stort minus, at restauranten ikke er i funktion i øjeblikket, Rødbyhavns øvrige tilbud taget i betragtning.
