Upon arrival to Oia, Nikos from Secret Gem, met us and guided us to our room. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Every morning we woke up to our breakfast basket at our window and they were delicious. Good side - room is spacious, nicely decorated and the view on the balcony is fantastic. Breakfast is generous and fresh. Downside - different from the description on the website, parking is quite a long way from the hotel. In addition, there are lots of stairs from the drop-off (bottom of the bay) to our room (on the cliff) with lots of narrow steps. You need to be very strong. In addition, room cleaning is upon request only. Nicolas is very helpful.

Stunning sunset views! We loved our suite with the jacuzzi tub on the balcony that we used every night for sunset :). Breakfast was waiting for us every morning on the balcony as well which we really enjoyed! Staff were excellent! Quick to respond and provide any items we needed. Overall an amazing stay and experience! We hope to come back one day and will be recommending this place to our family and friends! The only thing that is important to know, which was not an issue for us, is the walk up to Oia. It isn’t far but it can be a challenge for many.
