I contacted the hotel separately requested a ground room floor. My husband and I are in 70s and we have a dog. They did not honor this and they did not try to help. They said they they’re sold out nothing we can do there was no one in the hotel when we checked in they could easily switch people around.

1. It was impossibe to navigate the TV channels. There was no channel guide in the room. I was told I could get one at the front desk. Really? I have to go to the front desk? This property is close to Mount Rose ski resort, Reno and supermarkets as well as restaurants. It is very clean, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is included and very nice. Price is very reasonable for a family of 4 unlike some casinos would charge for extra persons. Will come back again.
