Staff is very accommodating and friendly. A lot of nice touches like snacks/water in lobby, umbrellas and yukatas to borrow. Building is beautiful but sort of old. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious with some suboptimal designs (like a shower that has no hooks on the outside). The location of the hotel is very close to bus lines, but is in a lull of the city that isn't immediately in a bustling area. Would recommend, but keep in mind you will need to travel (10-20 min bus ride) to get to places of interest.

看了網路評價決定訂房，三天兩夜根本踩了個大雷。房間價位不算便宜，除了地理位置不错、大門氣派、房間寬敞。其它不配稱為“四星飯店”等級！！！！！！對同行的友人感到抱歉， 星評等級根本是洗出來的 1. 房間只給一壺約1500cc的水，跟大廳人員詢問若需要多些水的話該樓層的飲水機在何處？告知要自己拿空瓶下樓到一樓大廳裝水。 以往入住的飯店也有不少是採取這種方式提供水，但大多都是會每個樓層或兩個樓層共用一個飲水機，而這裡竟是整個飯店只有一台！還放置在旅客出入眾多的大廳！要顧客穿著家居輕便服到大廳裝水 或是 要換裝才能下樓 ？？？ 著實令人驚訝！ 2. 最期待評論很不錯的自助早餐，但，餐點菜色不優、品項還少可憐！比一般的商務旅館還糟糕，而且四星飯店也無法提供現煎荷包蛋………. 3.入住二天，第二天房務打掃後並沒有將水壺補滿？忙了一天回房間後，致電大廳人員，竟說續住打掃是不會補充水的，有需要請自己下樓拿空瓶到大廳裝！！！ 難道因為入住第二天就活該？這樣的服務設備及品質真不敢領教。 4. 房間從細節到環境都不值，房務打掃還有很大進步空間(入住時浴室地墊上有長毛髮.)，房間大門門鎖上的安全鏈條是壞掉、沒有的，入住沒有安全感。冷氣空調很冷無法調整溫度，關掉太熱、一直開著太冷，吹到頭痛必須吃藥，花錢找罪受。 唯一值得讚許的只有膠囊咖啡機….唉 後悔沒有看清楚這間飯店的一星評價，自己親身入住後才知道留一星都是真實體驗分享 ，會這樣長篇留言亦是希望不要再有人踩雷了。
