"Disgusted with the hotel. Arrived at check in only to be told the room wouldn’t be available yet. Finally got access to my room at 6pm after sitting 4 hrs in the lobby. They haven’t returned my bond either. I wouldn’t go back there again."

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property during our stay, and he was incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommend!"

"We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100% recommend this hotel, it has a quiet chilled pace, and sometimes you don't get that in an all inclusive. Thank you for a great stay."

"The hotel was under restoration and were full of workers,pool was empty and was under restoration too,breakfast was very poor .Hopefully once they finish with all the works ,it will be a enjoyable hotel.."

"Wonderful place to stay - right on the beach.. next to restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh pancakes and omelettes made every day... the building is a bit older but everything works, plus there is parking possibly right next to the hotel free of charge. We will happily come back again!"
