The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance to old town of Galipoli. It is lively and bustling at night with many restaurants and shops. There is good parking in the back as well. Breakfast was excellent ever day and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is pretty small and in the heart of Gallipoli. Although it’s well kept and the staff is really helpful, the rooms and hotel in general look better in the pictures. I find it very pricey compared to amazing masserias, for example. You definitely pay a price for staying in the town, but it’s honestly not worth it. Gallipoli is not exactly the most fun or the most beautiful town. Breakfast wasn't great; for example, the omelet was absolutely terrible. The staff, on the other hand, 10/10. Kudos to Patricia and the other girls at the restaurant. They made our stay pleasant.

Hotel is lovely and the location perfect. Staff were exceptionally helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car.

This is truly a one and 100 experience. They grace and strength of the people and staff of the facility in a most gorgeous location is hard to beat. Palazzo del Corso is a somewhat difficult hotel to review because, in many respects, it is an excellent property. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from the old town, and overall the hotel offers a very pleasant stay. Whether it truly deserves a five-star rating is another question. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. The breakfast team, particularly Mina and Jole, are genuinely caring, attentive, and highly professional. Breakfast itself is excellent and easily worthy of a five-star rating. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition; the rooms are clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained throughout the stay. Kristina at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our room featured a balcony with a sea view, although this was partially obstructed by a rather strange awning covering what appeared to be dead plants in a pot. An odd design choice that somewhat detracted from the otherwise attractive outlook. The hotel’s biggest weakness is the apparent absence of effective management. As other reviewers have mentioned, if something goes wrong, do not expect a manager to proactively engage with you or attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there seems to be a culture of avoiding complaints rather than addressing them and ensuring g
