I had a spacious modern bright room with a large bathroom and terrace. There was lots of hot water and pressure in double size shower. Place was very quiet as on small residential street close to pedestrian area though only a 15-minute walk to train station and ruins. Though host was very responsive with clear instructions 30 minutes before and after check in, he was unresponsive to queries before that. I highly recommend this place and will return.

But of a maze getting in, and the shower/bathroom is on a shared patio with your neighbor, which was a little awkward. Instructions were very clear, place was clean, everything worked, and there was breakfast. Bare bones, cheap, and a short walk to the ruins.

Perfect accommodation, near trainstation (10 minute walk). Within city center, so walking distance. Staff messages through Whatsapp with instructions and pictures. Were staying with 3 persons, the sofabed is also very comfortabel!! We recommend you staying here! Breakfast was ready for grabbing from 7.30, very good. Everything you need. One little thing, the pillowcase were a little dirty... Further no complains!

Total win!

It was a great location to Centro and the ruins, train station. So clean bed was so comfy I slept in lol! They offer snacks and water at the front. Fridge is in the room and the bathroom with a bidet! Shower is thin so if you are curvy and are looking for a long shower this one may not be for you, but to get clean 💯

Great location, great b&b.

I’ll get the negative out of the way…directions….if we’d been told to look for a blue gate in the street, we’d have found it without having to call. 2nd negative which isn’t really the owners fault but each room could have its own small kettle and a few coffee sachets instead of relying on guests not to be greedy and use all the breakfast coffee and water in the machine the day before. POSITIVES: everything else is good. The room is a good size with a lovely balcony with small table and chairs to have breakfast on. Plenty of towels (we only used one each but could’ve had more should we have wanted), bathroom clean and modern. Big bed which is clean and comfortable. Location is absolutely perfect with a superb local restaurant just down the road, the ruins a walking distance away. We’re travelling by train and the stations about a 15 min slowish walk. The owner is a WhatsApp message away and he responds quickly. All in all, a great stay.

The property met the basic necessities. I do recommend bringing your own sheets and towels. You only get one towel per guest. The towels were very rough and worn out. I would also recommend bringing shower shoes, there was black mold in the shower. The host was responsive so I do appreciate the effort.

TLDR I think this is just fine for solo travellers, but there is quite a lot that is misrepresented on hotels.com Pros - Excellent location! - Comfy bed - Spacious room - Good bathroom Cons - No breakfast - when we originally booked a few months ago, it stated that breakfast was included. This had clearly changed but we were not notified. - Check-in unclear - it was stated in our booking details that we would be greeted on arrival. Instead we had to call the hotel just to be texted instructions for a self check-in. - No hot water on day 1 - staff were unresponsive about this, but it started working again day 2 - Some minor room issues - one of the bed stands was broken and unusable, and the light above the bed periodically wouldn't turn on - "City view" described was just the view of a side of another building. - "Memory foam mattress" described was not present. Don't get me wrong it was comfortable, but not memory foam so shouldn't be marketed as such - TV would not connect to the WiFi (even though my phone did) - staff unresponsive about this so it was never fixed. Overall we had an enjoyable, clean, comfy stay, don't get me wrong. I just wish the booking details made it a bit clearer what type of place this is - much more for backpackers than a couple.

To start, the room I got do not look at all as the images I saw. It was a small space with a twin bed, a table with a chair, tv, mini fridge and a large wardrobe and like 1-2 square mts of free space. The instructions to enter the property were easy to understand but requires to follow step by step to do it the first time and after are really easy (I'm saying this because first I got inside the property with a door code but after I realized the room key was actually outside so it took me a few minutes wondering at the property hallway before looking at the picture and realizing I had to get out for it). My first impression wasn't good as I was expecting a room with private bathroom and I thought it was missing, but actually there was a balcony with a small one with everything. What I really did not liked is that the separation between my balcony area and the next room one was something feeble you can see through. When I arrived, there was no one next door, so it was ok, but later a couple arrived and I could hear them as if I was just in the same room. Closing my balcony door reduced a lot the noise. Anyway, the place was clean, the space was just enough to rest (flight next morning) and it felt safe. The reason of giving only 3 stars is because of the privacy level, the limited space & because I spent the previous night at another place 5 minutes away walking with much better conditions and free parking for a lower price (a last minute schedule change in my travel plans).

Zum einen handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine Wohnung, die in vier Gästezimmer umgebaut wurde. Das ist grundsätzlich nichts Schlimmes, jedoch meiner Meinung nach erwähnenswert. Das eigentliche Problem liegt jedoch eher in der Sauberkeit, dem Zustand der Einrichtung und den angebotenen Leistungen. Laut Buchung über Expedia sollte das Frühstück inklusive sein. Tatsächlich bietet die Unterkunft jedoch überhaupt kein Frühstück an. Einen bekannten oder regelmäßigen Roomservice, der gelegentlich vorbeikommt, um die Zimmer zu reinigen oder beispielsweise neue Handtücher bereitzustellen bzw. auf andere Wünsche einzugehen, gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Die Handtücher waren so stark abgenutzt, dass bereits Fäden heraus hingen. Alle Decken waren schmutzig, befleckt und stark abgenutzt, teilweise sogar beschädigt. Das Schlafsofa war ebenfalls extrem verschmutzt. Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist kaputt und daher nicht nutzbar. Auch das Badezimmer ist teilweise beschädigt, an einigen Stellen verrostet und zusätzlich laufen dort mehrere Kakerlaken herum.

Kleines Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf dem Balkon. Im Winter kann das Bad durchaus „kühl“ sein. Der Wasserkocher hat mir heiße Getränke serviert. Unproblematisches Ein- und Auschecken. Freundliche Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter. Ruhig und doch super zentral. Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Il B&B si trova al centro di Pompei in un punto strategico a pochi passi dalla piazza , il parcheggio è all’esterno , camera molto spaziosa ,per quanto riguarda la pulizia ,si dovrebbe migliorare ,perché ho trovato la polvere ,sulla zona soprastante al letto (mattonelle ) successivamente recandomi al bagno noto la carta igienica già aperta , il bagno senza sigillo , gli asciugamani per la doccia con macchie molto evidenti , per quanto riguarda la colazione non ho trovato nulla se non il caffè , ha molto potenziale ma poco curato e sfruttato .
