Room was spotless. Excellent comfort for the king bed and I got the balcony room. There was a few hiccups. One hiccup was long line to check in. The manager handed out water bottles but wasn’t saying why the hold up. Figured their computers were down. Then when we returned from our event the room key did not work. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room away from the street with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff helped with our bags and checked on us throughout our stay. They remembered we were going to a concert next door at the Intuit Dome, and as we were walking out, they made a point to wish us a great evening at the concert. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with a huge walk-in shower. The room had the all-important mini fridge, and we had two complimentary bottles of water. My only quibble with the room was the bed frame. The wood frame around the mattress sticks out further than the mattress. Both my husband and I kept hitting our shins walking around the bed or when climbing into bed. It's just not a good design. But, that would not stop me from staying there again. I happily recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're going to an event at the Intuit Dome, since it is literally steps away from the hotel front door. The hotel, located on Century Blvd, is also a straight shot to the airport; you can get there very quickly.

On-site restaurant/bar is good. Poolside and nearby bar was really nice! Rooms are descent, minor repair needed in shower. Rooms w balconies, fridge, descent TV channels. Beds are good. Only issue is the loud airplanes going by at 3am-5am, but they have a Homedics sound machine to attempt the blockage of noise. I found using my headset w music or phone w relaxing music worked better for us.

I really enjoyed the ground level rooms. They have a main entrance and a back door to get to the pool or bar. The beds were a bit too low to the ground and I read tha parking was $25. But once I arrived I was told that they only offer valet service and that it’s $60 per night. Which is not bad but that was what I thought I had read. Thank you ! For everything it was still a 5 star experience for me.
