Fuimos a Nápoles por una sola noche . Lo bueno es que el departamento es relativamente barato y está muy cerca de la estación de tren ( a donde teníamos que dirigirnos al día siguiente para ir a la costa amalfitana) Lo malo es la atención y predisposición de la gente. Llegamos al hotel con mi novia a las 12 de la noche y en la recepción ni ayudaron a mi pareja con la maleta.

Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile motivo per cui non ci siamo mai lamentati però la struttura è poco curata. La stanza (109) era della dimensione appena sufficiente a contenere il letto con circa 40 cm da ogni lato. Il letto matrimoniale era formato da due letti singoli uniti, uno con materasso molto duro, l'altro morbido ma con una rete che pendeva da una parte. Il copriletto bianco ingiallito trasmette una fortissima sensazione di sporco e sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato capelli non nostri. Nella stanza era presente un armadio malconcio con 4 cassetti di cui solo 2 avevano il pomello per esser aperti, un piccolo frigorifero all'interno molto sporco e una tv datata. Il bagno era cieco e alla prima doccia l'acqua ha fatto scivolare dalla parete un verme. Ogni giorno ci sono stati forniti asciugamani puliti (uno per bidet, uno per lavandino e uno per la doccia tutti e tre da condividere). La finestra della stanza era provvista di persiane senza però un blocco per mantenerle aperte mentre i vetri non isolavano molto dal rumore della strada e degli antifurti. Ad un solo lato del letto era presente un'applique che sfarfallava e faceva interferenza con la tv. Al checkout abbiamo chiesto se avessimo potuto lasciare per mezza giornata le nostre valige in un deposito in hotel e ci è stato gentilmente concesso, tuttavia le valige sono state messe in un locale con una caldaia che perdeva acqua e odorava di muffa e le abbiamo trovate bagnate.

We have arrived at 2 am without warning and still had no problems with the check-in. The location is the best you can ask for in Napoli, few meters from piazza Garibaldi which has the main train/bus station, including trains direct to Pompeii. Room is comfortable. Lots of caffe and restaurants nearby. Current grade (2.9) is definitely not honest with what hotel offers and its cost. We loved it.

Soggiorno cancellato dalla struttura

Non posso recensire la struttura perchè al mio arrivo sul posto ho scoperto la stessa mattina l'albergo aveva cancellato la prenotazione senza avvisarmi. Il tutto era accaduto la mattina stessa perchè avevano provato ad addebitarmi il costo della camera sulla carta, nonostante sul sito fosse scritto che non mi sarebbe stato addebitato alcun costo fino al check-in. Un comportamento inaccettabile!

Mi sono trovato malissimo personale scortese stanza messa malissimo doccia minuscola bidet nemmeno avvitato a terra lo si poteva alzare termosifoni ad orario è spento di notte avendo un bimbo piccolo mi si è raffreddato alla prima notte ho chiesto soluzioni pagando la differenza anche se non bisognava La camera aveva il condizionatore ho chiesto il telecomando per poterlo usare come aria calda avendo il bimbo piccolo mi han detto di no ho dovuto chiedere a 3 persone diverse trovando finalmente 1 persona di buona volontà che me lo ha dato anche se mi spettava avendo nei comfort compresi il condizionante poi ho prenotato una matrimoniale specificando di avere un bimbo piccolo e che avrebbe dormito tra me e mia moglie è mi han dato 2 letti singoli attaccati ho chiesto di cambiarli o di cambiare camera ed anche li mi han detto di no quindi personalmente lo eliminerò a vita per una possibile sosta e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque me lo chiederà

Close to the train station and all facilities.

Stayed for 2 nights in a small room, toilet seat was very uncomfortable and the bed was not comfortable either. Booked a none smoking room but room smelt of cigarette smoke. However, hotel was very clean with nice and friendly staff.
