We stayed at the hotel for one night after arriving on a late flight. A taxi from the airport after midnight cost €20. We had a warm welcome in reception on arrival. The room was very clean, quiet and a balcony with a side sea view. The breakfast was served in a top floor room with amazing views of the harbour. The hotel location is excellent as close to the harbour, main shopping area and the bus station. The hotel is excellent value for money for a short stay. I would return again if in Heraklion.

A very clean hotel and room. It is a very basic room, we were only staying 1 night, and would be disappointed if staying longer. Only 1 bedside table, there was space to hang clothes, but smaller items would be left in case. Breakfast in the 6th floor dining area was very good, with great views over the harbour.

Stayed for two nights. Got a room on the first floor that was really dark and looked over to the neighboring building. It was small, the bathroom even smaller and very dated. The pictures on the website I found misleading. The staff was very friendly. Location is good. However due to the departure of the aircraft’s you have noise until 3 AM. The breakfast was ok.

Our room was a good size and the property was convenient to the airport. No shuttle and taxi was 15 euro each way. The room was not very clean. Tap water is not drinkable & no bottle water was provided without a cost. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Staff were helpful in arranging our early morning taxi to the airport.

Decent hotel within walking distance of the old town, Venetian port as well as the central bus station. Very friendly staff and the the room was comfortable and had a nice large balcony, but the level of cleanliness was not ideal: when we arrived to our room there were hairs stuck in the pillow covers and sheets and the bathroom had some mold in the shower and dust on the toilet and sink. The towels however were clean and got changed every 2 days. The breakfast was tasty albeit quite limited in terms of options, however on the last day we had the surprise of finding mold on a rice pudding... So overall an okay experience and a very convenient location, although the hotel would definitely benefit from a higher level of attention when it comes to cleaning.

Affordable and convenient hotel in walking distance from the ferry port. The breakfast views were stunning! I was easily able to explore Heraklion at night, then enjoyed a nice breakfast and walked over to my ferry first thing in the morning.

Staff were nice but our AC dripped the entire time we were there. We used a bucket & glasses to catch the water. We told them the day we arrived and were told “ there was nothing they could do now”. That was fine because it was late but it was never addressed after that. I am pretty sure they knew cause when we checked in our room the window& door was opened and the AC was off. Had the AC been on, water would have been all over the floor. Other than the AC issue, it was a convenient walk to the ferry port, supermarket, car park & restaurants.
