A localização do hotel é ótima, literalmente colado no shopping Taubaté mas mantendo todo o silêncio para um bom descanso. Apartamento amplo, limpo e com tudo em funcionamento. Café da manhã de primeira qualidade e boa quantidade de opções. Uma dica à gerência: comprar mais travesseiros para ter de reserva - solicitamos mais uma unidade e não foi possível atendimento sob a justificativa de que o hotel encontrava-se com lotação completa… tão ruim quanto a simples falta de um travesseiro adicional em todo o hotel (😳) foi o fato de que o recepcionista da noite não nos deu resposta definitiva e ficamos esperando, esperando e esperando, até que só nos restou nos conformar.
