This is not a hotel; it's an extended stay residence. No one is on the premises to help in the event of problems. Check-in process is terrible, especially on android, where some of the fields you have to fill in are illegible. You must upload a driver's license or passport in order to check in. The text asking me to check in had no identifying information and appeared as if spam/phishing. The tech the corporation uses was horrible and not intuitive. The person I ended up talking to on the phone was kind, and the room itself was clean. But I would expect a clear breakdown of what the check in process is BEFORE I book, and before I'm on a highway driving to the place. There were numerous smokers in the building, and the hallway I was in smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (but the room itself was okay).
