It's a very nice hotel. My only complaint is that we lost something during an event on hotel property and they seemed uninterested in figuring out what had happened. Otherwise, a grat choice!

This hotel was like an African paradise with you endless corridors of beauty. I was constantly surprised by finding new lush places in the dining room, the downstairs courtyard by the cafe, the pool by the spa, the rooftop bar and seating area, and even an evening bar b que party on the front lawn. The food was so fresh with loads of fruits, vegetables, and salads plus delicious and diverse for different cultures. The service was some of the best in the world that I've ever experienced from the host front desk team, the security and greeters, dining and food service team. They were across the board genuine, kind, attentive, and quick and o even anticipate needs. I loved this place and would highly recommend it for an amazing African adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at your property with the excellent help from your staff. A few good mentions are: Himmat, Newton, Ramadani, Christina, and Zulfa in the restaurant. Hassan helping with bags. So many others who helped out but I did not get their names. Not one complaint.

Loved the room and restaurants and spa food! Didn't love the time it took to get my room cleaned or check out - the latter was far too slow and disorganised. I'm having to follow up to make sure my deposit was released, as the machines wouldn't work in the morning and the sole desk manager wasn't a problem solver. We got there in the end, but not efficient. All else worked well!

The Hyatt Kilimanjaro in Dar es Salaam provided all the amenities I needed as a business traveler called in to meet with Clients in downtown Dar. The rooms are clean and spacious, with shower, toilet, sink, and large tub (which served well after 22hr of hectic air travel. Wifi service is great. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are polite and helpful to a fault. Good value: I've spent much more received less when travelling internationally.

Pas digne d’un hayatt

Une chambre pour 3 personnes , on m’a fait payé 40 e par nuit pour un lit en plus! La honte pour eux. Service minimum, pas de fournitures dans la chambre, pas de cafetière, pour un hyatt c’est grave. Transats tout sale à la piscine. Quelques Serviettes avec des taches jaunes. Oreillers inconfortable. Trop mous. Odeur d’humidité permanente dans la chambre, je me suis plaint, on est venu me mettre du désodorisant. Piscine qui ferme à 19h alors que c’est le moment le plus agréable pour se baigner.
