The girl on reception was the only issue in this hotel she was extremly unpleasant and unhelpful, other than that hotel was great I ask for room on the high floor, I was on 4th or 5th, so I enjoy the stay, barattender was helpful and other members of staff too.

Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung, es gab manchmal Probleme mit dem Wasser, aber von der Ausstattung hat es gereicht. Das Wasser im Pool war immer dreckig und es wurde kaum sauber gemacht. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt nur das Frühstück gebucht, da gab es eine gute Auswahl und es wurde immer frisch gemacht. Für den Preis und der Lage des Hotels war es in Ordnung.

Dejligt hotel i festområde.

Dejligt hotel - hvor værelserne er istandsat, restauranten mangler istandsættelse, der ligger i et festområde. Der er mange festglade spanier, tyskere og englændere, men hotellet formår at have en behagelig atmosfære på trods heraf ;) Receptionisterne er søde, flinke og venlige - spørg dem endelig om nærmeste busforbindelse - den er tættere på end du forventer.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Nous sommes partis en couple du 21 au 23 juin. Les point positifs :En premier point nous sommes étonner par la chambre à 50€ la nuit avec le petit déjeuner la chambre est très propre et équiper d'un écran plat. L'hôtel se situe à 2 min de la superbe plage el arenal. Pour information le trajet taxi aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel 18€. Le personnel parle français.(Petit plus mon anniversaire était le 22 juin l'hôtel nous a fait porter une bouteille de champagne offert ;) pour les points negatifs: l'hôtel , le quartier et la ville sont remplis de jeune venu faire la fête.Ambiamce Spring break les supermarchés vendent des seaux d'alcool à consommer sur la plage (1 seau plus 1 bouteille de whisky et 1 litre de coca 19€) l hôtel et calme le soir mais les jeune qui rentre ivre la nuit ne manquerons pas de vous réveillez avec le bruit dans les couloir à 4 et 6h du matin (retour de boite) Enfin nous avons quand même passer un super Weekend et si c'était à refaire j'y repartirai 10X

excellent hotel and good value

excellent hotel and very good value for money,room decor was fresh and new,very stylish.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful,good choice of food,pool area was good,however sunbeds could do with cushions on them as beds quite hard on your back.The only downside for me was that there were lots of young german lads staying there and it became very noisy around the pool and also a LOT of noise at 4am when they were coming home from the clubs.

Pas mal

Les + : Bon accueil, les hotesses d'accueil sont sympa. L'hotel est très charmant, et joli, il y a même une piscine ce qui est très agréable. Les - :Par contre la "cantine" est dégoutante, la nourriture est vraiment infecte, peut être est-elle faite pour le "palais des allemands", en tout cas inmangeable, le buffet n'est pas très varié de plusn, donc je déconseille la 1/2 pension. A noter également l'interdiction de ramener à boire dans le self, on est obligé d'acheter sur place les boissons (1€20 la bouteille d'eau, ça fait cher). Autrement, l'hôtel est assez bruyant, le matin les femmes de ménage déplacent les meubles, et font un ras de marée exceptionnel. A noter aussi, on doit déposer 10e de caution pour obtenir la télécommande permettant de regarder la TV, dommage.. La literie est de piètre qualité, les matelas sont assez douloureux, (vieux ressorts). L'hotel est situé en plein quartier "allemand" très animé, où des groupes entiers d'étudiants (très fortement alcoolisés) passent leur temps à chanter des chansons paillardes allemandes biensur.. donc couples et familles, à éviter.. Excentré de Palma Centre mais à 5-10 min. de la mer. à 20 minutes du 1er arrêt de bus pour Palma.
