Great hotel

Very nice hotel, modern rooms, street parking right in front (they also had a garage, I never used it) balcony had views of terraced vineyards and over Krems, plentiful breakfast buffet, nice bar/lounge area, helpful staff, just tops! I didn't use any of the spa services or sauna/pool, but other guests looked happy coming from there! A few good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk downhill if you don't want to drive. Was there in January; I'm sure it's even lovlier in summer.

When arriving we found out there is old wing and new wing. We needed to pay more money for moving to the new part of the hotel. The hotel is very good. The spa is nice. The service is good. Rooms in new wing are excellent

Great hotel for short stay

We had a nice two night stay in the hotel. The room was big enough for our stay with comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and the roof bar. We could rent bikes for a day to explore the area and cycle along Danube river. The breakfast was amazing with great selection. Reception staff was very helpful. The only negative is that the outside parking doesn’t have enough spaces for such big hotel, there is a big underground carpark for €16 a day which we thought it’s quite a lot and we thought should be free for hotel customers. Otherwise the hotel is great and was perfect for what we needed.

Die Einrichtung und das Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkt hochwertig, entspricht aber nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß. Die Eierspeisen werden auf Bestellung zubereitet. Die Hotelbar war an dem Sonntagabend geschlossen. Schade, wenn man einen Drink nehmen möchte. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war wegen Regen ebenfalls geschlossen. Da das Hotel abseits liegt, ist das eigentlich ein No-Go. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten existieren faktisch nicht, man ist gezwungen in der hoteleigenen Garage zu parken.

Leider haben wir erst im Hotel verstanden, dass es einen scheinbar sehr schönen neuen Teil gibt und einen eher mittelmäßigen alten. In dem sind wir noch zusätzlich in einem dunklen Eckzimmer ohne Ausblick gelandet, der den Preis nicht wirklich rechtfertigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch wenn die Räume eher sehr eng sind. Der Spa-Bereich ist ok, wobei die Ruheräume größer und schöner sind, als der Sauna-Bereich.

Unser Wellnessurlaub zum Jahresausklang war sehr entspannt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als umfangreich. Sogar für sämtliche Unverträglichkeiten ist vorgesorgt. Sehr lobenswert… Zudem hat das Hotel einen sehr schönen Spa-Bereich. Lediglich am letzten Tag war eine Sauna nicht in Betrieb. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
