We stayed here August 2026. I think there are nicer hotels, however I don't know if the cost increases. This room was more like an Airbnb, only communicating through messaging, which was fine. Our stay was very enjoyable. It was a little tricky for us to figure out how to get into the room, however the management was very communicative and we quickly figured it out. We absolutely loved the location, with the Colosseum close by, walking distance to the Spanish steps, several restaurants, and a manageable walk to the train station. The room was cleaned during our stay, however there was no shampoo and the shower soap container was empty. Since our communication was just through messaging, we bought some at a market nearby. Not a big deal, just a reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars. I would stay here again. A very nice, clean room for a good price and a great location!!!
