Overall, I really like this hotel and I've stayed a few times. The location is excellent - close to the beach in a quiet, peaceful area. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The pool area is ok but I never use it, because it feels very dull. I wish they would upgrade it with some nicer towels, sunbeds and maybe an outdoor bar. Would be so much nicer!
Unfortunately, the breakfast here is a major disappointment. There was often very little food available, and items were not refilled promptly, if at all. It is also difficult to communicate with the breakfast staff, as they don't speak English. For a hotel that welcomes many international guests, I think it is reasonable to expect staff to have at least basic English skills.
The selection itself could also be improved. There were too many sweet items and canned vegetables, while healthy, fresh options such as tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and bell peppers were completely missing. I'm also concerned about the hygiene, as there were only a few serving utensils, and guests often use the same spoon for different foods, such as tuna, pickles, and vegetables - and you can see tuna leftovers in the "veggies".
On my last day, I discovered by chance that you could order freshly made eggs. This was never communicated or displayed anywhere - I only found out after seeing another guest with an omelette. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff felt disconnected
