Receptionist spoke English/Spanish so it helped checking in and asking questions. The room was clean, and they were nice enough to switch us rooms when we requested it. The free breakfast was awesome (7-9am), and the bar downstairs was clean and peaceful. Some distance away from all the tourist areas but there was a metro nearby, and that was our main form of transportation; easy to navigate once you get it the first time.
