Breakfast was simple, English Breakfast & America Breakfast. English Breakfast was the better of the two. Would have preferred a Ghanaian Breakfast too & more variety. Rooms were cleaned. Staff was amazing & helpful. Its in a safe & good part of the City. Lots of Stores, Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs close by the Hotel. Definitely worth it for the price.

I have become a regular visitor to Golden Crystal Experience hotel anytime am in Accra. The hotel has excellent facilities and clean rooms. It is also located not far away from the airport and in a very serene environment. The staff are very professional and friendly especially the reception staff. I would recommend the hotel to anybody who comes to Ghana, Accra to be precise for a vacation or business trip lodge.

I really loved the location and would definitely book again next year. Definitely worth the price. Only issue is from time to time water will be unavailable. The staff were nice and helpful always available to assist and give recommendations. Food at the bar was good.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and we love it. The people who work here are amazing! The food is great, staff are warm and friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained. The only reason we will choose a different hotel is because there is no pool and we love to take a daily swim on vacation. Otherwise, this is a wonderful gem of a hotel ❤️

Great property, gentle & respectful staff. It’s very close to restaurants & a shopping center, the only issue is the sound from the airplanes, especially at night when you are trying to get some sleep. But OK if you can manage some earplugs or headphones.

I enjoyend my stay with my Son, the staff were friendly to us and assist us with our needs. But we couldn't stay outside/sit at the bar to play games because of the smoke from cigarette and generator this wasn't healthy for us. Thanks

Clean crisp linens. Showers that give plenty of hot water Tea kettle and fridge in the room. I have stayed in sveral rooms, and they are all equally nice. Restaurant is sports bar withba picturesque fountain. Food prepared well. Bartender makes an excellent Old Fashioned cocktail too. Great place, I have been staying every week for work. I will continue doing so. Grear value. Helpful well organized staff.

Lovely outdoor restaurant with big TV screens so you can watch soccer. Wait staff attentive (compared to usual Ghana experience of wait staff ignoring customers). Rooms very comfortable, hot water, clean bathrooms. Friendly check in. A plus for me, the bartenders make a very good Old Fashioned cocktail, which is hard to find even in the US. And when I ask for very crisp French fries, I get very crisp French fries. When I ask for no pepper, I get no pepper. I will be back.

Good for the price. Was upset because the pool wasn't in use for most of our stay and the pool facility was the main reason I booked to stay here. The staff kept saying someone was coming to clean the pool but they took days to come. Sometimes the hot water wasn't working but once we complained it was fixed. Aside from this, the staff was very friendly, the space was clean and the food was lovely. Nice, traditional atmosphere.

Customer service was great! A few issues. Restaurant did not have certain items on the menu, not to mention no wine. Also we bought wine on outside and asked them to open and the young lady used a pair of scissours for cork removal. Rooms have do not diisturb, but they knock, then you receive call from front asking if you want your room cleaned. Overall nice place. Thank you

The positives are that the flat was spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and clean. On the flip side we had big problems with the wifi. It took more than a day after complaining for the staff to provide it for our room. The wifi should have been enabled from the start. Please also work on providing sufficient towels & floor towels for your guests, and add soap to the soap dispensers in the washrooms.
