Family travelling with dogs.

Myself and my son stayed overnight as we were travelling south to Andalucía. We had our dogs with us and the staff couldn’t have been better. We were given a room away from other guests and it was so quiet and perfect for us travelling with dogs. I will definitely stay again. A beautiful place.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. My husband had been unwell and was discharged from hospital. It was the perfect place to stay as everyone were so accommodating at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful one. We won’t forget your kindness.

We have stayed here before but i have to say, the overal experience has worsened since our first stay. This is mainly due to the staff (the front desk staff being the exception). A smile would help!! They weren't very appreciative of our dog, in fact it felt like they wanted to go out of their way to be awkward. Food wasn't very good either. We only had burgers for evening meal (which were poor to say the least) but only having something simple like that felt like we were ordering something out of the ordinary. Bereakfast was just about passable. The staff memebr present looked like he had a night without sleep as he would have struggled to smile on a good day. If they welcome dogs, then welcome them. Don't make the owners and dogs feel uncomfortable. They have a rear terrace with artificial turf down. We weren't even allowed to sit there but had to sit at very high tables which were only some 5-meters away. Why??? All in all, a really disappointing stay made so primarily by the staff. The one exception - the front desk staff. Very helpful and very approachable. Would we stay here again? Unfortunateley, no.

There isn’t anything to do or see around the hotel as it is located ~10mins drive to downtown. But there are quite a few free big parking lots around old town, just have to get there early or it gets full fast during the weekend.

It is inexpensive and has great views of the old town of Toledo. But there could be so much more that can be done to improve the experience. The rooms have no kettles. There are no mats near the bed and the floors are cold tiles. Small things could improve this property a lot; and the cost could certainly be made up by increasing the rates

Shame this hotel is not improving

We arrived and there was no hot water, we were told we should have tried earlier, it had so been used up! The food in the restaurant was very poor and overpriced. I sent my fish back, it was almost raw and definitely past its best. We've stayed here regularly each year over the past few years, but we will not be returning.
