The staff is super friendly. The hotel property is very nice. We had a 700 sq ft suite that had two baths and a wonderful and spacious terrace patio. The breakfast buffets were very good with a wide selection of items on display. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a small but beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms but unfortunately the A/C in the room did not work that's why I rated terrible in the comfort area. Good size bathroom, spacious and modern room.

Customer service was great. However policies are ridiculous; my sister met me at the hotel, however I got charged $20 just to let her pass TO THE LOBBY, she didn't even stayed at my room. Also, you need to wait MANY minutes to have hot water in the shower. I fell in love with NH Collection in Europe but this location feels more like a 2.5 stars hotel.

One of the ladies working the front desk is openly rude and has no business working in customer service. There was constant construction, painting, carpentry work taking place during our stay, halls smelled of strong chemicals. Gym was out of service for the majority of our stay. Once asked if I could use the sauna, first person immediately said no. They said it was under repair. Then while in the gym, I asked when the sauna would be finished with maintenance, they staff member said the sauna was working just fine and wasn't sure why I was told this. They turned it on for me. Then the next day, told by another staff member that I could not use the sauna. On a different topic, we wanted to order of scrambled eggs for take-away. We asked if we would be charged the full price for the buffett, and if so that we would eat elsewhere. They said no, that it was not an issue, and boxed up a small portion of scrambled eggs. At check-out we were charged 100,000 pesos (~USD $25) for a side of eggs. I asked if they could check with the restaurant. They said no and that it wouldn't matter what the restaurant said regarding the matter. General attitude of the front desk was unhelpful and annoyed. There was one lady at the front desk that was lovely, but can't recall her name. The cleaning and other staff were very nice.
